Many hours of shooting went into each 10 minute segment, so there is a lot of amazing unaired footage in my stash. At celebrity dinners and publicity events I gladly filmed Grace Jones, Quentin Crisp, Leigh Bowery and other cool creative people but refused to turn the camera on for a politician or businessman, no matter how infamous they were.

Best NYC party was Michael Alig's Wednesday night futuristic glamarama Disco 2000, where I regularly taped the often chaotic and always enjoyable performances and art installations, Sunday night's Bump at USA, Peter A's splendid Make Up at Webster Hall (where Anglo hypemaster Martin X treated us like royalty), the King and Queen of New York events (where we first performed at Limelight) and the amazing Night of A Thousand Parties, filming every variation of cross-gender exotica from the 5 boroughs inside an Alig supplied cardboard TV, not the futuristic Wall of Monitors that we requested...ha ha.. and it totally worked!

For KBTV broadcasts, the club events were supplemented by interviews (some folks sounding very existential, dubbed with a German accent and quoting Neitzsche) live performances, installations and rare videos by talented New York artists and musicians, some very raunchy and authentic S&M play and philosophical wordup which included quotes from Kant and Heideggar or whoever I fancied that week.

With an audience of half a million people and the catchy and totally appropriate advertising slogan Your Satellite Dish to the Future my partner Anitra and I, along with our mischievous back-up cameraman Lars, had a lot of fun creating Krash Boom TV, which also proved to be a superb showcase for our Men Smash Atoms music and videos.

In South Beach I produced several 3-5 minute pieces for Wire TV with the fab 50's Ultra Lounge title Wild Cool & Swingin' featuring the eclectic Sobe demimonde, ostensibly to promote an event we were co-hosting, Michael Tronn's long running 3-ring Friday night spectacular Guido at Chris Paciello's Liquid nightclub. The provocative footage garnered from our own gothique extravaganza the Erotic Vampire Ball and other fetish/fantasy events went into creating the feature length video/film Miami Underground - which documents the fervent bondage and S&M scene in South Florida."  Nicodemus

"For my Saturday night cable show Krash Boom TV, I presented 10 minutes of club related events at the beginning of each 1/2 program (from Limelight, Tunnel, Club USA and numerous other locations) with openings, outlaw and theme parties which featured club personalities Michael Alig (who was the wild brain child behind many of these amazing events), Desi Monster, Kabuki, Astro Earl, Olympia, Richie Rich, Angel, Sofia, Walt Paper, Lahoma, Amanda Lapore, Kenny Kenny, Miss Understood and numerous other walking works of art. They created their own extraordinary make-up and drop-dead costumes, masks and other accouterments - some were actors, performance artists, painters, photographers, graphic designers and had numerous other talents outside their club personas which were only enriched by those skills.
